Fern Forest Vacation Estates

Fern Forest Vacation Estates is located between Mountain View and Volcano Village just off the Belt Road Highway 11. Sometimes this area is referred to as Glenwood because the main road to get there is South Glenwood Road. The subdivision is approximately 12.5 square miles and consists of 2,590 lots. Elevation ranges from 2,200 ft. to 2,970 ft. with about 200 inches of rain annually. Mandatory road maintenance fees keep the graded dirt and gravel roads in decent condition and there are paved roads located on outside edges of the subdivision.
