Last Developers Unit For Sale at Waikoloa Beach Villas

When I sold new homes with my builders, I always told my customers that the best time to buy in a new subdivision is at the beginning or the end of the development. From my experience, this is when the deals are in the making!

I can say the same thing for this last developer unit available at Waikoloa Beach Villas (MLS# 240072). This private gated community is near the Waikoloa beaches, shops, and golfing. Built with a Hawaiian plantation-style design, this home has 9 foot ceilings, open kitchen living room, and a spacious lanai looking over 1 of the resort pools. There are 2 resort-style pools in this development, a fitness center, all along a golf course and mountain setting.

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge loft upstairs. The loft could make a perfect game room. Granite counters, custom cabinets, and a 1 car garage. A big plus if you decide to turn this condo into a vacation rental. No more carrying the dive gear back and forth to the mainland. Currently offered at $399,900.

Contact me, Tara Kelly, RS, for information on the developer’s current incentives at (808) 542-6014.

Tara, the other great thing about buying from the developer is that the other attractively priced options are short sales, with a long period when there is no certainty about whether or not the sale will be approved. This one still comes with developer warranty, too!
