Tax rates differ for primary residences, investments and for short-term rentals. If short-term renting is not something you’re interested in, you can simply file a petition for the lower Residential tax rate if this will be your primary residence. The deadline to file is always by September first of the next fiscal year.
Maintenance and HOA Fees
