Kalama Kuu is a townhome project in Hawaii Kai. There are 81 units on two floors, with a variety of two, three and four bedroom floor plans. The largest floor plan is the four bedroom, three and a half bath unit with two large master suites — one up and one down. I love the 4/3.5 bath model because it truly feels like a single-family home. It’s spacious and versatile and affords enough flexibility for a home office or even two-family living. Plus, if you are a senior like me, it’s great to have the master bedroom on the ground floor! There’s a fenced yard, so if you like to garden and barbecue, you’ll have plenty of room. It’s also a pet-friendly building and there is a private park, which is perfect for Fido or your keiki.
These units don’t come on the market often, so be on the look out. We’ll hit the market soon. I can’t share the photos or the price yet, but I can share that Kalama Kuu is a great place to call home!
