Having broken ground in February of 2015 and opening in 2016, these paired or semi-detached homes come in 3 different floor plans and range from 1,504 to 1,568 sq.ft. Each home comes with an attached 2-car enclosed garage and will be built by Towne Island Homes.
Kamani is similar to the sold-out Milo Court and is located at the base of the West Maui Mountains, just above the existing Milo Court. Due to its planned location, it’s possible that some units may have mountain and/or ocean views.

The price range and floor plans of the fee-simple townhomes have yet to be released. The units are considered condos and will include a maintenance fee. Kamani is a pet-friendly housing development that permits long-term rentals only.
