Cherie Tsukamoto

Broker-in-Charge, Hawaii Life

Tsukamoto credits her success to continuing to improve herself within the Hawaii Life brokerage, with the Honolulu Board of Realtors agent community, and within her church community. She leads at work by mentoring, coaching and inspiring her agents, as well as providing education and training; and in the communities she serves, in various industries and leadership trainings.

What was your biggest accomplishment last year? Any worthy accomplishment is usually the result of a series of choices and disciplines over a period of many years. This year, I received the Marcus Nishikawa Education and Professional Achievement Award, which recognizes volunteerism, participation and the exemplification of personal and professional traits within our industry. It was an honor and the result of a great deal of investment of time, but truly only possible because I had such wonderful mentors and supporters along the way.

Cherie definitely deserves this award and it was so much fun to be a part of the event. I’m not sure any other honoree had two tables full of cheering fans!
