Ocean View Captain Cook Estate with Swimming Pool and Volleyball Court

Away from the crowds, this lovely 5 acre Captain Cook Estate includes not one but two luxurious dream homes. You will not find this quality and distinction anywhere for this price! As a vacation rental it is currently generating $230,000 (or more) a year! Two separate luxury homes, each on individual meters. No CC&R’S!

Explore the Possibilities

With a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms this gated estate (MLS# 255496) can accommodate a number of vacationers wanting privacy and amazing views of historical Captain Cook monument and bay. For those looking to purchase, this fabulous property can be purchased to include all vacation rental inclusions and websites for the smart buyer.

Why not live in one while renting out the other? Swim in your ocean view infinity edge pool with attached spa, or play on your private sand volley ball court, or just run down to Kealakekua Bay for a swim and snorkel just a short stroll from your front yard.

This estate is kept in impeccable condition, both grounds and dwellings, and priced at $3,495,000. Please contact me for further information about this home, or other big island real estate.

Robert – what a gorgeous listing!! Do you have the website for the vacation rental? Would be curious to see the rates as I love to go to Kealekekua Bay to swim with the dolphins and it’s even better when I can wake up there in the morning!

Mahalo, Robert! I toured this neighborhood last week. The location affords SPECTACULAR views! And I like that it is only a very short walk to the Bay, yet high enough elevation to avoid some of the maintenance issues that are associated with being oceanfront. I expect anyone would be fortunate to own this home; or stay there:-)
