With that in mind, let me present unit #1902, a one bedroom that has the distinct advantage of being a corner unit. It is being offered at $1,099,500 (MLS# 1209217).
While it is slightly more than $400K above the aforementioned studio, its $/sq.ft. comes in at approximately $1,383 compared to unit #1321 $/sqft of app $1585. I should point out that unit #1902 $/sqft is lower than the average of the other one bedrooms currently offered for sale (approx. $1,539), and far lower still than the average $/sq.ft. of the recent one bedroom units sold (approx. $1,722), making it a very attractive unit all around.

Aloha Yvonne, That’s what I have heard too. Dont have any numbers but tourism overall is up. With this kind of service, style and location it wouldn’t surprise me at all to see their booking way up too.
