Living Room View

Views

Inside this 39th floor unit, you are immersed in a world of blues and greens from your own private perch on the Pacific. Walk in the door and you’re immediately drawn through the dining area and onto the oversized lanai which is perfect for entertaining, dining, lounging, and endless gazing. Soak in unobstructed views of Fort Derussy Park, Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the surrounding Ko’olau mountain range. Check the surf report every morning at world-famous surf breaks while sipping your coffee. This is truly one of the best views you can get in Waikiki, with Fort DeRussy down below protecting the view plane. By night, watch the moon rise and take in the twinkle of the city lights.

This Canterbury property is larger than many 2-bedroom units in nearby Kakaako and features a bigger lanai than most. The building offers a heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, BBQ area, meeting room, a sunbathing area, and recently refinished tennis courts. Understanding that security is important, they have 24/7 security with a secured entrance, secured parking, a doorman, and a resident manager. This is a great building where units do not often hit the market.

Wow, how cool it looks, the design is very fresh and new. Well, just super! The view from the windows is just a dream. Very cool built. Everything is very cool, especially in the bathroom, especially the plumbing looks just magical. I have not seen this anywhere, I would be glad to be there. What price? is it possible with a cat and a dog? How much will it cost to live there, besides the actual cost of living? is it expensive near?
