Hawaii ハワイの不動産市場 冷え込んでる❓ Is realestate market in Hawaii ok? クライアントさんが心配して連絡をくださいました。 武田さん どうしてる？ 仕事大丈夫❓ 心配ありがとうございます。 データ 的には まだ 冷え込んではいません。 大丈夫デス。 数字がお好きな方のためにちょっとデーターをお知らせすると ホノルルに関しては 制約数は戸建て、コンド合計で昨年比にすると23.3％落ちているけど 今年の5月に比べると6月は22.3％ も上がっているんですね〜 価格帯にもよりますが 特に1億以下の物件は動いています。 インベントリ〜が少なめなのとローンの利息が低い事が重なって、ローカルマーケットは特に忙しい様です。 高額物件になると 海外からのバイヤーが頼りなところもあるので 物件ありきかなとも思っていますが 実際 3月にコロナが始まって4月には弊社も人員削減をしたりしてたのを今月になってモドして来ています。 と言うのも マウイ島、ハワイ島、オアフ島の順番に最近売り上げが伸びて来ていて 今年前半弊社売り上げ 600億をすでに超えています。 7月にフェデラルからの失業保険が失効した場合にもしかすると売りが出てくるかなと言う気がしています。 そうなったらまたそれに飛びついて購入する人も出て来ますね One of my client was worried about me since Covid 19 started and hawaii … Hawaii Life July 6, 2020
