Am I building valuable relationships, or just making sales?

Hi SUPER Agents!

Unfortunately, few agents understand the difference between selling and marketing. If you’re looking to buy a house, do you want your realtor telling you how important it is to make a bid as soon as possible and how good they are at closing deals, or do you want them to listen to your thoughts, questions and concerns?

Most are  interested in an agent’s willingness to hear out their ideas and needs. Being a good listener is simple. Let them speak. Then take a step back and ask, “What are three things you would like to achieve with property?” This gives buyers and sellers an opportunity to discuss the things that are most important to them. It demonstrates that you want to understand them on a deeper level and prioritize the things that are top of mind for them.

Building valuable client relationships is the only way to establish a sustainable high-end practice in this real estate marketplace. The insights gained in this process will not only help with bringing in new clients, it will make you a better agents to the clients you have. You’ll be more attuned to their particular needs and better able to tailor your entire platform of specialized services.

You’ll be the agent they recommend.

Hope you enjoy this post, as I wrote it for you~
