One of our latest success stories is selling these four units recently at Alii Cove: S22, B22, E4 & EE4. Alii Cove are great condo units, that are new construction, located conveniently on Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Recent sales stats show that Alii Cove units are really in demand, if listed properly!

Yes, as a Realtor, sales and listing work is very demanding and time consuming. We both have family functions that require a complete break from work and teaming up is a great way to give quality time to our sales work and our families, which is very important to both of us. This way one of us is always available to our clients.

The lovely Alii Cove unit, S22, has ocean views of the surf spot right in front, was a short sale and thanks to Jana Kaholoa’a’s great negotiation skills with the lien holding bank, we listed and closed the sale on this unit in exactly 4 months and one day! A very fast closing for a short sale!

I would highly recommend the Heidi/Jana team to handle your short sale if you want an easy & quick sale. I was very happy with entire process because it was not an ordeal like I had heard. Due to my demanding job and the distance between my condo at Alii Drive and my job, it was a relief to handle all my documents via email and the web. I was always in the loop and kept informed via email and phone calls from Heidi and Jana. I only had to show the place several times to get multiple offers, so there was minimal disruption to my tenants. Several people have paid others money to short sale their property. This transaction did not require any out of pocket expenses. The sale would have occurred sooner, but I had made plans to travel to Germany so Jana had to postpone the transfer date with the buyer and bank.
