The NEW Ala Moana Farmers’ Market

Ala Moana Farmers’ Market recently opened up at Ala Moana Center. Now it’s even easier for Honolulu residents to conveniently get fresh locally grown fruit and vegetables and other goodies. The farmers’ market is especially convenient for the residents that live close by in many of the Kakaako condo towers. The market is open on Sundays from 9am to 12pm, and features local music to make the Sunday morning experience even better. The Ala Moana Farmers’ Market is located on the 2nd floor Mauka parking lot across from Genki Sushi.

Some of the Ala Moana Farmers Market items include:

  • Fruit
  • Vegetables
  • Bread
  • Flowers
  • Honey
  • Nursery Plants
  • Other locally grown and handmade products

Ala Moana Center is evolving and is becoming a welcoming place for all shoppers. The new farmers’ market is in stark contrast to some of the high-end stores right across the parking lot. While part of Ala Moana is made up of high-end stores like Dolce & Gabbana and Bloomingdale’s, it is also home to now the farmers’ market and a soon to open Target.

There is definitely something for everyone at Ala Moana Center. It’s no surprise that the mall is busy every day and loved by many residents and tourists alike. It provides for a beautiful open air shopping experience. Many of the Kakaako and Ala Moana residents live steps away from Ala Moana Center. Residents love the convenience of being able to go to the drugstore, go shopping, get groceries, without having to drive far. It’s a lifestyle! In fact, many literally live right across the street. Oh, and let’s not forget the beach that’s right across the street from Ala Moana Center.
