Akoko at Ho’opili Close Out – Two Units Remaining

Located in the new D.R. Horton master-planned community of Ho’opili otherwise known as East Kapolei, Akoko is almost nearing its completion. This 124 unit project is comprised of 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes and flats ranging from 749 sqft to 1519 sqft. The entire project is expected to close out with all units sold this March. There are only 2 units left awaiting a buyer. Akoko features both affordable and market-priced units; however, the 2 remaining are market units as there are no longer any affordables left. As a builder standard, both units feature kitchens equipped with Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters, and dark cherry wood cabinetry. Practical yet stylish vinyl wood planks are laid throughout the main living area and plush carpet in bedrooms. Both units also come with private fenced in yards that include landscaping and irrigation.

Akoko finalizes construction of last buildings

Unit 307

First up is Unit 307, which is a plan L104. This is the largest plan offered featuring 1519 sqft of living space spread over 2 levels, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a 1 car garage plus 1 open stall, an entry lanai, and a balcony. Pricing was recently cut by $20,000, resulting in an offered price of $630,247. Maintenance fees are $405/month with the Ho’opili Master Association fee coming in at a very low $59/month. Completion is estimated to be this March.

Unit 308

Second and last is Unit 308 which is a plan M104. Also a spacious townhome with 1180 sqft of living space, single level, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a 1 car garage plus 1 open stall, and an entry lanai. This unit is priced at $584,421 and is projected to be completed for a lucky buyer this March. Maintenance fees are $315/month with the $59/month Ho’opili Master fee.

If these don’t fit the bill, or the opportunity is missed, don’t fret! As Akoko closes its chapter, the next development called Kohina opens a new one. As D.R. Horton introduces Kohina, we all anxiously await this truly unique development. Kohina will feature affordable and market units, flex units giving owners the opportunity to have both a residence and commercial space, and varying floor plans from studios to 4 bedroom residences.
