love this location only a couple block for HA entrance. BUT you/they completely ruined this lot by clearing it of the Ohia, Uluhe, Kopiko, Ohelo, Naupaka, Ukiuki etc. now all the invasive species will come in and invade, within 3 years if not drenched w/ Roundup hundreds of Albizia/Guava/Miconia (#1 worst plant in HI), are right nextdoor… that mound of rock with the now dead Ohia trees almost blocking the entire 150′ width in the middle of prop is screwed up too, the D3 tracker killed all the Ohia roots so now you have dead endemic trees. worthless.. NEXT time tell these mainland house flip kine faka what up. DO NOT remove the endemic shit, do a wiggle driveway 500′ in and put the damn house pad in and leave the endemic shit duh duh duh… there is (was) literally 5″ of dirt on this property and if you remove all the Uluhe ferns the dirt bakes in summer and no Ohia will regrow to full size… until the Uluhe can somehow return …..
