Blake Hill has called West Maui home for over twenty years. What began as a career in the movie business, while simultaneously managing his own vacation rentals, apartment building, and personal investments, evolved into something far more meaningful: a life rooted in family, community, and intentional living.

When his children were born, Blake made the decision to step away from the movie industry and devote himself fully to raising them. Those years, surfing around the world with his son, dancing in countless TikToks with his daughter, navigating school mornings and late-night talks, remain the most important chapter of his life. They shaped the way he shows up today: grounded, patient, steady.
Blake is also a published author. He wrote the epic spiritual adventure novel Westfalia, the unapologetically honest relationship guide Don’t Be A F**king Idiot – Man’s Ultimate Relationship Guide, and the children’s adventure book Surf Adventures of Noah. His writing reflects the same themes he brings to his work and life: growth, resilience, humor, and heart.
An adventurous spirit runs through everything he does. Blake is an avid surfer, snowboarder, pilot, and motorcycle rider. His motorcycle travels have taken him through blizzards, tornadoes, and across the Arctic Circle. Those experiences taught him how to stay calm under pressure, read changing conditions, focus on the details, and keep moving forward with clarity, qualities that serve his clients well in complex real estate transactions.
