Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers Big Island Office is Back in Charming Puako
We are excited to have moved our office back to Puako! Seriously, who wouldn’t want to have their office across the street from the ocean? And in a quaint community surrounded by a marine wonderland? It doesn’t hurt that it’s nestled between several of the finest resorts in Hawaii, either…right?
Moving day! Pictured (above left) left to right is Josh and Brooke, Christian, Annie, Jan, and Malcom’s hand? Sorry, Claire Bajo…missed you in this picture taken after your hard days work! Look how great the office looks (above right) thanks to our “ever-so-talented, in-house designer,” Jan Nores, (RS)!
Puako is one of the world’s best kept secrets. How about the new listing on the ocean (makai side) (MLS# 247129)? Another home also on the makai side with a vintage ohana (MLS# 244939) is one of my favorites. I can’t believe it’s still available. Who will be the lucky new owner?
The Royal Poinciana tree in the front yard of this cute cottage is one of the most picturesque trees when it’s in bloom! Brooke Derby, (RS) is striking, too! This local cottage (MLS# 241165) could be your ticket to a more affordable property in one of the most sought after neighborhoods on the island.
We have fun when it’s time to move the office…and we are ready to share with you to make your dreams of a “Hawaii Life” come true!!

A bit late in reading the news of the RETURN to Puako for the Hawaii Life office. Indeed, much better to be close to the ocean! Looking good so far too! What a difference from the ol’ C&H days. Then, there was Patti’s setup. You are putting your “stamp” on the place. Hoo-rahhh! When back on island and over visiting my old haunts at Mauna Kea Realty….I will definitely stop in and say “hello” Congratulations! Aloha, JEB
