I am shocked this hasn’t sold yet! If I were to buy on the Big Island, this would be my #1 choice. Seems like an incredible value.

I am a conservator of wooden objects and have treated both Frank Lloyd Wright furniture and houses. So, if the new owners need any preservation work or consulting done, please let me know. I am currently on the Big Island doing a stabilization project for the Lyman Museum in Hilo until about mid-November. If I had the bucks, I could have happily lived there! Personally, I love some degree of isolation.

I too like the peace this properties semi isolated location brings. This house sat on the market and then had 5 buyers line up with their last price reduction. When it rains it pours!
