Thanks Gene. You're absolutely right... Properties of the Pacific has 6 brokers and 3 salespeople. That's a great ratio. We've only been on Oahu for a months. We have a Broker and 2 agents there. I'm glad that you've now 'heard' of them! Aloha, Matt

Agree on awards.

Confused on:

>>> Hawaii Life is an extremely well-educated group of brokers and agents. I don’t think any other company has as high a percentage of licensed real estate brokers (as opposed to licensed salespeople). We have an exceptionally high number of Realtor designations: Graduates of the Realtors’ Institute, Certified Residential Specialists, Accredited Buyer Representatives, and so many more. <<<

I'm a kamaaina and never heard of any of your agents. Also, you are incorect about highest % of re brokers. That would go to Properties of the Pacific. Nope, don't know them personally and I'm not an agent.

Aloha, Matt. Funny, we just had a spirited conversation about this yesterday at the Kona Board of Realtors Board of Director's brainstorming session!

Whether from a non-profit Realtor organization, or a for-profit brokerage, awarding salespeople made-up distinctions based on their doing their job completely misses the point - which is to be of service to our clients.

It's just one of the many things I love about Hawaii Life. Our focus is pono.
