Buyers are looking for &quot;deals&quot; and REOs offer that.  Our buyers need to be prepared and ready to go - hesitation will cause a buyer to lose their place in the line up. Lenders are looking for prequalification letters (preapproval even better) and confirmation of cash. With the experience our company has, we can easily navigate both buyers and sellers thru the next set of waves.</description>
