Pattie Freeman (aka “Puako Pattie”) has been in vacation rental management for decades on the Big Island, and manages some of the island’s finest vacation rental inventory. She has built a client-base over the years who have become extended ohana. Judging just by the sheer number of visitors stopping by the office in Puako to ‘talk-story’ with Puako Pattie (not to mention the lavish gifts), it’s obvious that her clients and homeowners absolutely adore her.
