Born and raised on Kauaʻi, I bring over 14 years of real estate experience and nearly 8 years as a licensed REALTOR®, combining deep local roots with extensive industry knowledge.
My experience spans a wide range of real estate, including luxury properties, vacant land, vacation rental investments, VA buyers, and first-time homebuyers. In addition to residential sales, I bring over four years of vacation rental management experience, overseeing a portfolio of more than 70 properties throughout Kauaʻi. This hands-on experience provides valuable insight into vacation rental operations, guest expectations, property performance, and the unique regulations surrounding Vacation Destination Areas (VDA), making me a valuable resource for buyers and sellers interested in investment properties.
Being involved in the community is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. As a lifelong Kauaʻi resident, I care deeply about preserving the character of our island while supporting opportunities for future generations to live, work, and thrive here. I proudly serve on the Public Relations and Communications Committee for the Kauaʻi Board of REALTORS®, where I help support community outreach, educational initiatives, and programs that strengthen our island. This role allows me to work alongside other local professionals to promote responsible homeownership, advocate for housing opportunities, and contribute to the long-term well-being of our community. Giving back to the island that has given so much to me is something I value greatly, and I believe meaningful community involvement is one of the best ways to create lasting positive change.
Outside of real estate, my husband and I (both born and raised on Kauaʻi's South Shore) enjoy raising our family and spending time outdoors. His background in construction and demolition often complements my work in real estate, giving us a shared appreciation for homes, property improvement, and investment opportunities. When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me working on our farm, camping, traveling, eating great food and being surrounded by nature!

We recently purchased a second home in Kauai and chose Nani to represent us through the process. From our initial contact after finding her online she was responsive, kind, and very patient with all of our questions. Even though we were remote, when we told her we wanted to buy ASAP, she rolled with it and hit the ground running providing us with info on HOAs, rentals rates, general property info, and videos of the properties + grounds. When we found the place we wanted to pursue, she helped negotiate a deal a significant amount under the list price and with a seller credit. She guided us through the entire escrow period, helped us resolve inspection issues, and recommended several great local vendors along the way. In many ways she went above and beyond in the service she provided - taking photos + videos when we couldn’t be present in person, helping us with some early shipments + even delivering them to the home, and leaving us some thoughtful local gifts when we closed + got our keys.
