I came to Kauai in the early ’90s and immediately felt like I was home. Before stepping into real estate, I spent nearly a decade owning and running The Bright Side Gallery in Hanapepe—a space that celebrated surf culture, local art, and the stories that shape our connection to place. Working with artists and gallery visitors taught me I’m at my best when I’m helping people find what truly resonates with them. In the gallery, that meant connecting my clients with art that felt like it belonged in their life; today, it means helping people find and curate spaces that feel right for the way they want to live or invest on Kauai.

Since 2008, I’ve built a career in real estate and property management with a specialty in guiding investors through the nuanced process of vacation rental ownership on the island. Years of hands-on experience have shown me what makes a property work—from layout and location to the small touches that elevate a guest’s stay. I love looking at a property from every angle and running the numbers in a way that helps clients clearly see its potential as a successful vacation rental. The trusted, long-term relationships that come from this work are still one of the parts I value most.
