Potential changes to Oahu’s short-term rental regulations might mean a shift towards sales in resort districts. As a result, I find that investors are now more interested in purchasing resort-zoned properties on Oahu.
The largest resort-zoned area on Oahu is Waikiki. In addition, there are many smaller resort-zoned areas located in Ko’Olina, Kahala, Makaha, and Turtle Bay.
