Resort Report – Mauna Lani Resort Condo Sales Through March 2012

Updating Mauna Lani Resort unit and median price condo sales for February and March 2012.

Similar to the Waikoloa Beach Resort unit sales, Mauna Lani sales are still trending in a lower range, but rising a bit. The graph of median prices shows a more dramatic difference:

The graph has hit the highest point since we’ve been keeping it. In both resorts, we felt the shrinking inventory would eventually lead to higher prices. It’s easy to say a graph like this may be skewed by high sales in any given month, but the trend is there and it is in evidence in both resorts.
