Six Kihei foreclosure condos went into escrow this week. Two were leasehold at the Maalaea Yacht Marina; two were Southpointe 2-bedroom condos, one a South Kihei vacation rental at the Kamaole Beach Royal, and a rare Wailea foreclosure. Kevin Spaise, a Maui condo expert and the author of The Maui Condo Book, provides a video report below.
