2025 Annual Maui Youth Rodeo Gala

The 2025 Annual Maui Youth Rodeo Gala is taking place this Saturday. This is a much-anticipated event for the local community, taking place at Oskie Rice Event Center. The MYRO brings together youth, families, and supporters to celebrate rodeo culture. Over the years, this event has grown to become a staple in the area’s social calendar, offering opportunities for young riders to showcase their skills and for attendees to enjoy festivities, food, and entertainment. Doors open at 5:30 pm.

Aloha Kalikimaka Gala

Pacific Cancer Foundation presents Aloha Kalikimaka at the Four Seasons Resort in Wailea this Saturday night. This event celebrates the holiday season with an evening of cheer, decorative trees, wreaths, and more. This is the signature event for Pacific Cancer Foundation and a great way to give back to the community.

Hirie – Phases Tour

BAMP Projects presents: Hirie – Phases Tour in two great nights of music this weekend on Maui. Hirie is a popular reggae singer known for her energetic performances and uplifting music. She will be performing at Da Playground Maui both Saturday and Sunday nights. Saturday night’s show starts at 8 pm and doors open at 7. Sunday night’s show starts at 7 pm with doors opening at 6.

Movie Night Under the Stars – When Harry Met Sally

Sugar Beach Events presents Movie Night Under the Stars this Sunday night. The featured movie is When Harry Met Sally. Bring your blanket or beach chairs and enjoy the movie under the stars. Food and drinks will be available for sale. Movie starts at 6:30 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm. Get there early so you can set up a good viewing spot. Click here for event info and reservations.

Corks for a Cause!

DeVine Wine Lounge partners with a local non-profit on some Sundays in their Corks for a Cause. This week’s featured non-profit is Imua Family Services. Imua Family Services provides vital support and resources to children and families in Maui, helping them reach their full potential through early intervention and specialized care. 15% of proceeds from 4 – 7 pm this Sunday benefit Imua Family Services.

As of October 22nd, we have 244 pending out of the 1784 total for 13.6% under contract. That is around a 6% increase this month in sales! I’ve had more calls for showings on listings, a few new Sellers interested.  Rates are a bit lower as well. I am here to go over these figures and discuss your plans for Real Estate on Maui
