Real Estate

As of February 26th, we have 285 pending listings out of 1962. 14.5% under contract, which is a couple points higher than the 12’s we were stuck in for a while. It is now a great time for buyers to find realistic sellers.

I am here to go over latest figures and discuss your plans for Real Estate on Maui.

I have been busy working on a project that will be coming to market soon. 20 acres of ocean view organic farmland in Waiehu! I’m so excited to share Kuawa Olu with you all. Stay tuned!
