Real Estate
Rates are under 6% for the first time in years. We are seeing a definite bump in real estate activity:
As of February 26th, we have 285 pending listings out of 1962. 14.5% under contract, which is a couple points higher than the 12’s we were stuck in for a while. It is now a great time for buyers to find realistic sellers.
I am here to go over latest figures and discuss your plans for Real Estate on Maui.
I have been busy working on a project that will be coming to market soon. 20 acres of ocean view organic farmland in Waiehu! I’m so excited to share Kuawa Olu with you all. Stay tuned!

Kula I’o 15 acres. Kula I’o Closed at $1.7M cash! Congrats and thank you to Karin Olson of Keller Williams bringing in a great buyer. Thank you to Kosei and the entire Fidelity Ohana for expertly navigating escrow. Mahalo to my entire support team at Hawaii Life. Aloha Pumehana.
