Real Estate

As of February 4th, we have 1680 active and 242 pending listings. 12.5% under contract, which is about where we’ve been holding. Assuming this still reflects the effects of Bill 9, it’s likely the market excluding condos is doing a few points better. Rates are improving as well. This is still very low. We used to see 50%+ regularly. Both buyers and sellers need motivation in this market.

I am here to go over the latest figures and discuss your plans for Real Estate on Maui.

I have been busy working on a project that will be coming to market soon. 20 acres of ocean view organic farmland in Waiehu! I’m so excited to share Kuawa Olu with you all. Stay tuned!

Kula I’o 15 acres. 7+ acres buildable area offers lots of options.
