Maui Flood Volunteer Opportunities

April is Volunteer Month in Hawaii and with the recent floods and communities still recovering from the wildfires, there are plenty of opportunities to step up and help.

Kanu Hawaii is a great resource where you can search volunteer opportunities across the islands.

There is also a google doc Maui Post-Flood Community Resources that is being updated regularly and maintained live with support from the Maui United Way where you can also check in directly for opportunities.

Maui Nui Strong is a great community resources category for volunteer opportunities.

Maui Rapid Response is a grass-roots mutual aid network where you can donate.

Maui Food Bank is always a great place to donate to and they have drop off sites island wide.

=”https://maui.surfrider.org”>Maui Surfrider Foundation organizes beach clean-ups which is very important right now. You can check their site for the next clean up.

Anything Else This Weekend or Next?

I am always looking to promote other weekend activities for Maui organizations. If we are missing anything, drop me a line any time for future happenings. Mahalo!!!

Real Estate

As of April 16th, we have 244 pending listings out of 1676 for 12.7% under contract. Seem to be settling back in the 12.5% territory. The stall in rate reductions and storms that hit over March probably slowed things down a bit. Hopefully we will see it come back up closer to 15% again real soon.

It is still a great time for buyers to find realistic sellers.

I am here to go over latest figures and discuss your plans for Real Estate on Maui.

I have been busy working on a project that will be coming to market soon. 20 acres of ocean view organic farmland in Waiehu! I’m so excited to share Kuawa Olu with you all. Stay tuned!
