What a difference a few years make. In 2006 this condo sold for $774,060. A two story luxury townhouse (MLS# 236244) is now listed for sale for $525,000.
I just represented a buyer for a neighboring townhouse with the same floor plan in the complex that had been priced at $509,000, which we were able to negotiate down to $450,000 including the furniture.
