Welcoming Brandi Burrola
Brandi brought a well-established career to Hawaiʻi, not a fresh start. She began in real estate at a title company and worked as a lender before she ever sold a property. That background, paired with over a decade as a Realtor, lets her read transactions from every side of the table. With an MBA, she sees a deal as a whole. She can see where the numbers hold, where the risk sits, and what a property will actually cost to own in a tropical climate. Real estate can run high on emotion. Brandi’s approach is grounded in business, bringing clarity to that emotion and structuring deals so all parties come out ahead.
That discipline carries at any price point or real estate goal. Most recently, Brandi closed an $11.5 million sale from start to finish, referred by a financial planner. On Kauaʻi, some of the best properties never reach the open market, and the trust she’s built with other agents gives her clients access others don’t have. It’s how she placed one buyer in a home before it was ever listed.
Brandi has also handed keys to first-time buyers, guided families into more space, and helped others ready to downsize. She’s worked with investors, second-home buyers, and commercial owners on what a property will actually return and what it takes to hold it. With every client, she starts in the same place: what the property is truly for, and which numbers actually matter.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Brandi at CrossFit, chasing her next favorite beach, or reading with her dog nearby. She’s scuba certified, travels every chance she gets, and lives on the island with her husband. She came from Utah to Kauaʻi with intention, and she’s here to keep building.
