Hawai‘i Life Names Nicole Fujitani Director of Sales at Hokulia

We’re pleased to share that Hawai‘i Life has named Nicole Fujitani as Director of Sales at Hokulia, part of the continued stewardship of this private residential golf community and club on the Kona Coast of Hawai‘i Island.

Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Nicole brings over 20 years of real estate experience across both Hawai‘i Island and O‘ahu. Since 2004, she has built her business through long-term client relationships and a direct, practical approach to the Hawai‘i market, shaped by her perspective growing up on Hawai‘i Island.

“Having grown up on Hawai‘i Island, Hōkūlia is a place that holds personal meaning for me. I look forward to working with members and homeowners and representing it with care.” shared Nicole.

Nicole’s background is also informed by her close connection to construction and design. Working alongside her husband, a general contractor, and her son, trained in architecture at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, she brings a working understanding of how homes are built and lived in. This perspective is especially relevant within Hōkūlia, where homesites, design, and land are closely connected.

Hōkūlia continues to see steady interest from buyers drawn to its scale, setting, and low-density planning along the Kona Coast. Spanning more than 1,200 acres of oceanfront land, the community offers a sense of space that is increasingly hard to find.

For club members, Hōkūlia is anchored by the private Jack Nicklaus Signature course at Hōkūlia Golf Club, along with a clubhouse, open-air pavilions, fitness and wellness, shoreline trails, and gathering areas that support both an active and relaxed way of life.

In her new role, Nicole will lead sales efforts within Hōkūlia, working closely with current members, prospective buyers, and the brokerage community.

Nicole is available as a resource and point of contact for members, agents, and their clients.
