Cookies for a Cause: Giving Back to Maui’s Teachers & Students

I can turn cookies into school supplies…and you can too!

On Maui, the Realtor’s Association of Maui (RAM), has a community foundation and part of that foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization called, Wishing Well.

Supporting Maui’s Teachers & Students

Founded in 2007 by Sarah Sorenson, the goal of Wishing Well is to provide school supplies to help improve the educational experience and opportunity of our Maui County Public School teachers and students.

I’ve been a proud coordinator for the foundation since 2011 and personally service Princess Nahi’ena’ena Elementary, Lahaina Intermediate and Lahainaluna High School, all schools my children attended and now, my grandsons attend.

Our Annual Bake Sale Fundraiser

Get to the cookies!

One of our favorite fundraisers is our bake sale. Not only do we enlist volunteer bakers of all kinds, you can put that Covid-era sourdough making to good use, but we also offer these baked goods to all for purchase.

How You Can Help

The more items we have to sell, the more we can buy for our beloved teachers and students. Bakers, along with the items and photos of what you’ll be donating, are needed by March 29, 2026.

The 3rd annual bake sale pickup is at RAM on May 4th (Star Wars Day)!

If you want to know more or wish to donate, let me know.
