I’ve raised three sons here and currently live in Waikoloa Village, with deep local knowledge of nearby resort areas like Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea. My children attended school and played sports in Kona, so I’m closely connected to communities across the island—something that helps both relocating families and second-home buyers alike.
