Aloha! I’m Naomi Harrington and I was raised on the East Side of Kaua‘i. I grew up in Kapa'a and my family has been rooted and established in the community for multiple generations.
I am a second-generation realtor and it has been an incredible honor helping Sellers and Buyers achieve their real estate goals here on Kaua‘i.
I work on a team alongside my mother, Judy Shiroma, a 2022, 2023, and 2024 Hawai’i Business Magazine Top Performer in Real Estate and a highly accomplished and respected agent on Kaua‘i, who has been with Hawai‘i Life since its early days.
Together, as part of a dynamic real estate team, we bring local expertise, professionalism, and a deep commitment to serving our community with strong representation with their real estate needs on Kaua'i.
I bring a unique perspective to my work, as I have a Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Pacific University, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology from Chapman University, and a dual Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. This foundation has equipped me with a passion for understanding each client's individual needs and a having a compassionate approach to serving clients from diverse backgrounds.
In 2024, I served as Co-Chair of the Kaua‘i Board of Realtors Education and Professional Development Committee.
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my three children, husband, and dogs —traveling, hiking, enjoying the beach, playing music, and cooking together.
