I was born and raised in Maine where I spent the first half of my life appreciating the change of seasons and the gorgeous rocky East Coast. Somewhere along the way the winters became less about enjoyment and more about surviving. I came to the Big Island of Hawai'i in 2005 with my husband and our daughter to celebrate ten years of marriage and renew our wedding vows and that was all it took. I knew I was home. Nine months later, we packed up our house and here we are. In 2007 my husband and I started our own property maintenance company and in 2010 I decided to accomplish a life long goal and become licensed as a Realtor. It is such a joy to be able to hand over the keys to a client and see the look on their face when the reality sets in. Helping people make their dreams become a reality is one of the most rewarding things I have experienced. When I am not working I am tending to one of the many rescue animals that have found a forever home with us.
My goal is to find you a home, not just sell you a house.
She is the best and goes above and beyond... best agent I have ever had.
Linda is incredible! She's an extremely knowledgeable real estate expert, a skilled negotiator, and most importantly, she cares deeply about her clients (and their pets!). We recently relocated from NJ to HI. While searching for dog-friendly accommodations on the Big Island, we came across Linda's website: hawaiipetfriendlyrealtor…. We immediately contacted Linda to introduce ourselves, and a couple of months later when we landed on the island, the first thing Linda wanted to do was meet our dog, Dexter! Linda showed us a variety of properties including pet-friendly condos and single-family homes, all in varying price points. There was never any pressure from Linda which took a lot of stress out of the home buying process. When we found the right home, Linda worked tirelessly to get the offer accepted, and get us to closing in about 30 days! And when the front door locks broke on the house and we couldn't get in, Linda and her husband came to our rescue at night! We feel very fortunate to now call Linda a friend, and Dexter is super happy exploring his new tropical back yard.
