Aloha, I’m Akemi. The Big Island has been my home for 26 years. With a deep care for people, I guide clients through buying and selling real estate with clarity, strategy, and heart.

Born and raised in Japan, I bring a strong sense of omotenashi (genuine hospitality) to every client relationship. Many tell me my attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and follow-through go beyond expectations, even by Japanese standards. I don’t just respond. I anticipate and take action with your goals in mind.

I’ve raised three sons here and currently live in Waikoloa Village, with deep local knowledge of nearby resort areas like Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea. My children attended school and played sports in Kona, so I’m closely connected to communities across West Hawaii, something that helps relocating families and second-home buyers alike.

My work isn’t about selling. 日本では商社と外資系金融機関に勤め、その後マウイ島のホテルでゲストサービスに携わりました。そこで、人をおもてなしすることこそが自分の天職だと実感しました。それ以来、日本からのお客様をお迎えするアクティビティーデスクの設立・運営、そして現在の不動産のお仕事と、形は変わっても28年以上、最高のカスタマーサポートのご提供を目指してまいりました。
