Phase II & III

Phases I, II & III Kamani Site Plans.

The other two floor plans will be released during Phases II & III, at yet to be determined dates. All three floor plans come in three different design styles: Hawaiian Classic, Islander, and Plantation. Exterior styles, floor plans, and home sites have been predetermined by Towne Island Homes.

The model homes and a temporary parking lot are estimated to be completed by May/June of 2016. This will allow future home buyers to see which floor plan best suits their needs. A lender’s office and design center will also be located in the main office to help new home owners choose their finishes and upgrades.

Features

Depending on the floor plan, many of the basic features will include: wall-to-wall carpeting, GE appliances, interior baseboards throughout, and windowsill treatments. Exterior wall and attic insulation is also included to aid in climate control. Front yards will also come landscaped with a sprinkler system and backyards will be fenced along the rear and sides. Optional upgrades include, but are not limited to: laminate wood flooring, Corian countertops, and ceramic tile.
