Kahala Kua is a sleeper of a gated community, first developed in the late 1990’s. There’s typically not much inventory as it’s a much smaller development when compared to Waialae Iki V or Hawaii Loa Ridge. We originally came online at $1,728,000 and we’ve since come down $90,000. There was a reverse floor plan of ours that sold for $1,680,000 in the fall, which is making ours look very attractive.
