Waikoloa Village condo sales for March had a big pickup in number of sales for the month. March saw a total of 5 condos close escrow – this is compared to just 2 condos in January and only 1 in February. The average sales price for March sales was $133,200.

As usual, the entry level priced condos at Fairway Terrace and Elima Lani were a big percentage of sales in March. Another continuing theme is the majority of sales were distressed sales – either a short sale or a REO, and average sales prices continue to remain low at an average of just $133,200 and 3 sales that came in at under $100,000.
