Every Thursday morning the West Hawaii Association of Realtors (WHAR) sponsors a caravan of available listings in Kona. The primary purpose is to provide an opportunity for listing agents to open their new, or recently price-reduced listings for other local Realtors to preview, but this venue also facilitates networking among affiliate service providers such as escrow, title, loan officers, and inspectors.
