Roni was born and raised in northern Idaho. Regularly shoveling snow eventually brought her to Kauai’s warm weather and lifestyle in 1990, and she’s been here ever since. She studied accounting in college and is a born entrepreneur who has owned and operated several successful island businesses, including the current, Island Professional Billing.
Roni purchased her first Kauai property in 1993 and decided to pursue a real estate career because of her personal passion for both Kauai and real estate. Roni is truly well rounded and has closed on transactions ranging from $23,000 to $13.5 million.

Do you remember Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride at Disneyland? Joining Hawaii Life can be a little bit like that… fun and scary and topsy-turvy…I recommend most agents “buckle their seat belts.” But given your success record, I have a feeling for you it’s going to be like being shot out of a cannon!! So perhaps an extra cell phone battery and a helmet would be more appropriate!
