I am excited by all the activity I have had in the past 2 months on the oceanfront here on the Big Island, and I am especially happy to showcase these two favorites of mine, both of which are still available.

We are seeing lots of activity on the oceanfront Big Island right now. A true story I like is that, when the recent tsunami hit Hawaii, I had a buyer and agent arrive the morning of the tsunami, in fact within a few hours, to view my listing. The buyer viewed the property and proceeded to buy it. Obviously, it was on a dry lot.
