I have blogged in the past about this great complex, Kaanapali Royal. 2 bedroom condos that are over 1,400 sq. feet in size. These feel like a home rather than a condo. They were originally a leasehold and the lease fee was offered for an average of $300,000. So, factor that into the sales price of these condos and they are a great value.
That brings me to this newest offering in D building, D203, listed at $600,000 (MLS# 347144). This is located near the bottom of the complex away from the road. This is the top floor which offers the best views. If you want the feel of a home with the convenience of a condo, this might be it for you.
