Just finished golfing with a couple guys from Oregon vacationing and spending time on the south shore -their favorite location with whales, miles of scenic ocean beauty, more golf, wonderful weather and good eats. Any of these residences would be the perfect address!

It’s great to hear that there is an upswing in sales in Florida. While property values have taken a hit in Hawaii, Hawaii has not experienced the same decline in value as many other parts of the US where developers were building spec projects. So while we have great values here in Hawaii, the homeowners are still getting decent prices on their homes. Again, it’s always about location, location, location and having beach front or oceanfront on a tropical island is about as good as it gets!
