Wow Tara! Was that sale Fee Simple or Leasehold? If Fee Simple, I thought you could only find those types of prices in the middle of the U.S., not in Hawaii? Sounds like someone got a good deal 🙂

Tara, I went to a Williams and Williams auction recently, and learned that if the winning bid does not satisfy the bank, the bidder deposit is returned and the bank tries another avenue.
Do you know if the last sale $35,000 actually went through?

From what I can tell the bid was not accepted by the bank and is now for sale again but at $122,600. Too bad.
