There have only been two sales of Kohala-By-The-Sea parcels of land so far in 2010 – one for $215,000 and one for $300,000. Land loans are still scarce and construction loans even scarcer still… Seller financing at $275,000 sounds pretty good, doesn’t it? Especially when you consider the least expensive home for sale in Kohala-By-The-Sea right now is asking $1,650,000. That’s a lot of “bank” for the buck (with the Seller as the bank)!
