The HOA dues are $584 per year, or under $50/month, which is less than the monthly dues in the Kohala Coast Resorts.
Tennis: two free newly resurfaced, lit tennis courts.
Swimming pool: open 7 days a week for general swimming. The pool will be open from 10am to 7pm after Memorial Day week-end
Golf: an 18 hole, Robert Trent Jones Junior golf course with discounted member rates. Eighteen holes with a cart for $36.50 is the best deal on the coast by far.
